Iris helped us buy this great house in San Bruno. Since it was a 1031 exchange for the seller it does go through a lot of procedures. She did all she can to ensure the seller got their prospective house within a short time frame. I was thinking there was no way Iris could do it that efficiently yet she made it! I went to Iris Prada’s property opening last weekend. Wow. This was a great investment property. Not what I need at this time though––I’m more interested in single family residential. But I must say that Iris was so much more informed about her listing than any usual agent. Most agents don’t want to give you substantive info, leaving the research up to the poor emptor to caveat! Permits? She knew. Structure? Roof? Foundation? Zoning? Profit potential? She knew it all. And to top it off, out of this 3-residential investment property, she upgraded and staged one herself. It was wonderful. Ready to move in, hip design, staged perfectly, all upgraded decor throughout. I’d love to have her just design & remodel something for me! I’m going to keep my eye on her future listings! This is an agent who is a cut above all the rest.
